01

Who we are

This policy explains how Revv Invest (“Revv”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website and app. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We have tried to keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, contact us through our official X account.

02

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Card applications. If you apply for the card, we collect the email address and country of residence you enter.
  • Messages. If you contact us, we keep the message and the details you include so that we can reply.

Information from signing in

  • Sign-in details. You sign in with a wallet or an email address through Privy, our authentication provider. We receive an account identifier, your wallet address, and your email address if you used one. If you sign in with email, Privy creates a wallet for you. Privy handles your sign-in under its own privacy policy.
  • Wallet address. We use your public wallet address to show what you hold, your collateral, your line and your history.
  • Account records. We keep a record of your deposits, draws, repayments and withdrawals, with their amounts and transaction references, so that we can calculate your line.
  • On-chain activity. Deposits, draws, repayments and withdrawals are recorded on a public blockchain. We read that public record to display your account.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic request information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of each request. We use this to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.
03

What we do not collect

  • We never ask for, receive or store your private keys or seed phrase. Nobody from Revv will ever ask you for them.
  • We never have access to your own wallet. Stocks you choose to deposit during the pilot are held in a wallet we control, as described in our Terms.
  • We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
04

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • operate the app and show you your own account,
  • review card applications and contact you about them,
  • respond when you get in touch,
  • keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems,
  • meet legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

05

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to run the service.

  • Service providers. Companies that host our website, database and infrastructure, our authentication provider (Privy), and the blockchain node provider we use to read balances and send transactions. They process data on our behalf.
  • The card issuer. A card can only be issued by a regulated card issuer. If your application moves forward, the issuer will need information about you and may ask you to verify your identity. We will tell you who the issuer is before you submit anything to them, and their own privacy policy will apply to what they collect.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

Market prices shown in the app are requested by our servers. Your browser never contacts the price provider directly.

06

Blockchain data is public

Transactions on a public blockchain are visible to anyone and cannot be edited or deleted, by us or by anybody else. This includes the wallet address you use and every deposit, draw, repayment and withdrawal you make.

A wallet address is not a name, but it can sometimes be linked to a person. If that matters to you, consider using a wallet that you do not use elsewhere.

07

How long we keep it

  • Card application details are kept while your application is open and for as long as you hold a card, then for the period the law requires.
  • Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request.
  • Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or aggregated.

Information recorded on a blockchain is outside our control and remains there permanently.

08

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you,
  • ask us to correct it if it is wrong,
  • ask us to delete it,
  • object to or restrict how we use it,
  • withdraw a card application at any time.

To use any of these, contact us through our official X account. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm that the request really comes from you. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

09

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The most important protection is in your hands: keep your seed phrase offline, never share it, and check that you are on our real website before connecting a wallet.

10

Children

Revv is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it prominent on the site before it takes effect.
